The tariff below relates to per suite per night based on two people sharing.

Low season : May 1st - August 31st

High season: 1st September - 30th April

Small pets by prior arrangement only

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

An additional surcharge of $50 will be charged for a single night occupancy over a weekend or public holiday (*)

A Deposit of $100 per room per night will be taken at the time of booking.

If the room is cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival a refund of 50% of your booking fee will be returned to you. This fee will be waved if alternative dates can be arranged.

Less than 7 days prior to arrival no refund of booking will be given unless alternative dates can be arranged.

Less than 24 hours notice or a “No show” you will be charged for one full night accommodation at the normal tariff for that night.

Please note this policy is different if booking through the Mornington Peninsula Tourism website or visitor centre.

(*) This surcharge is waved if only single night available
